Looking for a hands-on Assistant Project Manager for corporate office interior projects.
Eligibility:
- Education: Diploma in Civil / Interior from a Government Polytechnic only
- Experience: 4 to 6 Years in Commercial Office Fit-outs
Key Requirements & Skills:
- Expert in site layout marking for Partitions, False Ceiling, and Flooring.
- Strong grasp of Activity Sequencing and micro-planning to meet deadlines.
- Accurate Raw Material Calculation, reconciliation, and measurement verification.
- Solid Site Management and contractor handling skills.
- Proven Team Handling capacity to manage multi-agency labor on-site.
