About the position
Lead RISE’s performance marketing across paid channels, including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, with full ownership of tracking, attribution, and optimisation. Focus on driving high-quality student and parent acquisition while improving CAC, conversion rates, and overall funnel efficiency.
Location - Bangalore

Responsibilities
- Represent RISE at schools, education events, seminars, and partner institutions.
- Build relationships with school counsellors, principals, and education consultants.
- Plan and execute offline marketing and outreach initiatives.
- Create and manage social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Collect and publish student testimonials, case studies, and success stories.
- Coordinate and conduct webinars, workshops, and on-ground events.
- Work and ideate the design and content strategies to execute marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Management across LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube etc.
You're an ideal candidate if you have
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, or community marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable representing the company at schools and events.
- Experience in EdTech or education is preferred.
