Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Penuballi, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and supporting sales initiatives to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing strategies, creating and managing promotional materials, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking campaign performance. The Marketing Specialist will engage with customers and prospects, gather feedback, and help improve customer experience through effective communication and service. The role also involves preparing reports, monitoring competitors, and recommending improvements to marketing and sales approaches.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends and design effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Sales and basic Marketing skills to support lead generation and conversion activities.
- Candidates should have proficiency with digital tools (e.g., MS Office, basic CRM or marketing platforms) and data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should demonstrate good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
