Job Description
Role: Account Health Executive – Amazon Marketplace
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Health Executive to support our Amazon Account Health Management team. This role is ideal for someone who understands Amazon Seller Central basics and is eager to work in a fast-paced eCommerce operations environment.
You will be responsible for monitoring account health metrics, handling policy violations, and supporting the team in maintaining a healthy Amazon seller account.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Amazon Account Health Dashboard on a daily basis
- Track and respond to policy violations & performance notifications.
- Ensure timely response to all account-related alerts as per internal SLAs
- Maintain records of issues, actions taken, and resolution status
- Coordinate with internal teams (catalog, logistics, customer service) for issue resolution
- Follow predefined SOPs for compliance and appeals
- Support seniors in identifying recurring issues and root causes
Key Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
- Understanding of:
- Order Defect Rate (ODR)
- Late Shipment Rate
- Valid Tracking Rate (VTR)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Preferred Experience
- 6 months to 2 years in:
- eCommerce operations
- Amazon account handling
- Catalog / Seller Support Roles
(Freshers with strong understanding can also apply)
KPIs / Performance Expectations
- Timely response to account health issues
- Accuracy in issue handling and documentation
- Adherence to SOPs and internal SLAs
- Low error rate in appeal drafts
- Support in reducing recurring violations
About the Role
You will be part of the core operations team that ensures smooth functioning of Amazon accounts by proactively handling compliance issues and preventing account risks.
