Role Overview
The Youth League Competitions Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the planning, administration and smooth execution of AIFF Youth League competitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate Youth League competitions, fixtures and schedules.
- Coordinate with clubs, academies, State Associations and internal AIFF departments.
- Monitor team/player registration, eligibility, transfers, renewals and CMS activities.
- Ensure clubs comply with AIFF regulations, deadlines and competition requirements.
- Coordinate match-day operations, Match Commissioners and other stakeholders.
- Handle fixture changes, protests, disciplinary matters and operational issues.
- Maintain competition records, trackers and reports.
- Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.
Experience
3–5 years in Sports/Football competitions or Sports Administration
