Role Description The Controls Manager – Industrial Automation is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North. The role involves overseeing the design, programming, and commissioning of control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and related field instrumentation for industrial projects. The Controls Manager coordinates with project teams to define control strategies, review electrical and control schematics, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, troubleshooting control system issues, guiding installation and testing activities, and preparing technical documentation and reports. The role also includes leading and mentoring the controls engineering team, collaborating with clients and vendors, and continuously improving automation standards and best practices within the organization.

Key Responsibility :
• Lead Controls Engineering team.
• Design and review PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Control and Robotics solutions.
• Review electrical schematics, SLDs, panel layouts and BOMs.
• Manage FAT, SAT, commissioning and customer support.
• Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Manufacturing, Procurement and Customers.
Technical Skills : PLC: Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio5000, Mitsubishi GX Works, Schneider, Delta.
SCADA/HMI: FactoryTalk, WinCC, Ignition.
Robots: FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa.
Design: EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical.
Networks: Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, OPC UA.
Leadership: Strategic planning, project management, customer management, coaching, problem solving.
KPIs: On-time delivery, engineering quality, customer satisfaction, innovation, team development.
