Role Description The Manager role at MPP Technologies Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru North. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations in sheet-metal fabrication, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating workflows, monitoring resource utilization, and aligning production schedules with customer requirements. The role involves leading and developing teams, conducting performance reviews, and promoting continuous improvement in processes and efficiency. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, quality, procurement, and logistics, support customer communication on delivery and quality issues, and prepare regular operational reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong production and operations management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Candidates should possess expertise in sheet-metal fabrication processes, transformer-related components, and familiarity with industrial machinery and tools.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality assurance and control, with knowledge of relevant standards, testing procedures, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Candidates should possess leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess solid communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills to address production issues, optimize operations, and support decision-making.
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant manufacturing management experience is strongly valued.
- Experience in transformer fabrication, heavy engineering, or related manufacturing industries, and familiarity with safety and compliance requirements, will be beneficial.
