Job Title: Program Lead
Department/Function: Retail Banking Operation
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Program Lead to join our Project & Quality Assurance team. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end automation initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring governance and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, lead strategic planning, and deliver business-as-usual (BAU) operations with minimal supervision. The role also involves stakeholder management, audit readiness, and continuous process improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Candidates should have good conceptual and working knowledge of Application Development, System Architecture, DevOps, and Cloud Implementation platforms for managing Microservice applications.
- Understanding of API Design and Integrations via Mule, KONG etc.
- Understanding of DevOps CI/CD Implementation via Go-CD, Jenkins etc.
- Strong Project Management qualities to manage Automation Projects.
- Excellent Vendor Management and Team management skills.
- Lead the design, development and implementation of REST APIs, MQs and Microservices Architecture with understanding of MEAN/MERN and Python stack (MongoDB, Express, Angular/React, Node.js).
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) with security focus, cost analysis and CI/CD, DevOps practices with experience on Containerization tools such as Dockers, Kubernetes etc. for micro service application management.
- Understanding on Document automation with Integrated models (Internal & External)
- Should have good knowledge of Non windows operating systems like Linux, Unix etc.
- Manage a team of developers, Tech leads, BA's and provide guidance and support and progress with cross functional teams.
- Ensure that solutions are developed and implemented according to best practices and standards as per BFSI domain.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize processes for on-time delivery.
- Manage and review vendor solutions and applications integrations with vendor proposed BOM
- Provide regular updates to Senior management on the status of projects and initiatives.
- Should have working knowledge of JIRA for project management activities along with audit readiness and compliance adherence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple projects/priorities.
- Strong in conceptualizing ideas & converting into implementations through SDLC.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
Certifications preferred below -
- AWS/Azure/GCP Certified Solutions Architect/ Practitioner
- Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD)
Experience 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
