Program Manager – Academic Operations to strengthen and streamline academic operations across the South & Maharashtra regions.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Oversee and coordinate day-to-day academic operations across assigned regions
🔹 Drive timely execution of academic programs, initiatives, and key operational milestones
🔹 Act as a key liaison between Regional Academic Heads, Centre Heads, Central Academic Teams, CoE, and cross-functional stakeholders
🔹 Coordinate with the Centre of Excellence (CoE) for curriculum implementation, faculty enablement, and academic initiatives
🔹 Manage SIP Program coordination, implementation tracking, and progress reporting
🔹 Build and manage daily, weekly & monthly MIS, dashboards, and KPI reports
🔹 Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights to leadership
🔹 Drive process standardization, SOP development, automation, and continuous improvement
🔹 Coordinate with Academics, Operations, HR, Business & Leadership teams to ensure seamless execution
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 4–6 years of experience in Academic Operations / Program Management / Project Management / Operations
✅ Experience in EdTech/Education preferred
✅ Strong stakeholder & cross-functional management skills
✅ Excellent planning, execution, and organizational abilities
✅ Data-driven approach with strong reporting & MIS skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
✅ High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset
✅ MBA/Postgraduate qualification preferred
