Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full-stack Developer role based in Erode. The Full-stack Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. Daily responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, managing databases, and ensuring application performance and security. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deploy features to production. The developer will also participate in code reviews, optimize existing codebases, and stay current with industry best practices and standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development for building and maintaining end-to-end web applications.
- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills for creating APIs, managing server-side logic, and integrating data and services.
- Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), for developing responsive and accessible user interfaces.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks (such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar) relevant to full-stack web development.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases, version control systems (e.g., Git), and basic principles of application security and performance optimization.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
