Role Description The Full Stack Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications across the front-end and back-end, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. Key responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing databases, and collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions. The role also involves writing clean, maintainable code, reviewing peer code, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to architectural decisions and best practices. The engineer will be expected to participate in agile ceremonies, maintain documentation, and continuously improve the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building and deploying production-grade web applications.
- Hands-on experience in Front-End Development, including HTML, JavaScript frameworks, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.
- Solid skills in Back-End Web Development, with experience in server-side languages, frameworks, RESTful APIs, and database design and management.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and take ownership of features from concept to release.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
- Interest in AI-driven solutions, automation, and modern software architectures is beneficial.
