Job Description
- Accounting & Books of Accounts
- Maintain accurate books of accounts for (day-to-day accounting,
journal entries, reconciliations)
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Handle AR/AP, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and expense tracking
- Ensure correct accounting treatment for inventory, refurb costs, and revenue
- MIS & Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Track unit economics, margins, burn, and runway
- Build dashboards for founders covering business and financial KPIs
- Support budgeting, forecasting
- Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Manage GST compliance (returns, reconciliations, audits)
- Audit & Controls
- Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits
- Prepare audit schedules, workings
- Strengthen internal controls, SOPs
- Business Finance & Founder Support
Work Directly With Founders On
- Assist in investor reporting, diligence, and fundraising document
- Cost optimization
- Financial decision-making support
