Role Description The Head of HR Technology is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and optimization of HR technology solutions across the organization. This role oversees the design and enhancement of HR systems and workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and a consistent, high-quality employee experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating and deploying HR platforms and tools, collaborating with HR and business leaders to understand requirements, and driving process automation and data-driven decision-making. The Head of HR Technology will manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with labor and employment regulations in HR systems, and establish governance standards for data privacy and security. This role also involves monitoring system performance, leading change management initiatives, and training HR teams and stakeholders on effective use of HR technology.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience leading HR technology or HR transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies, particularly as they relate to HR systems, data governance, and compliance.
- Experience managing Employee Relations and designing technology-enabled processes that support engagement, performance, and workforce well-being.
- Proven ability to evaluate, implement, and integrate HRIS, ATS, VMS, and related HR technology platforms in a scalable manner.
- Demonstrated skills in project management, stakeholder collaboration, and change management within fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to use HR metrics and dashboards to guide strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; prior experience in HR technology leadership roles is highly beneficial.
