EY Technology supports our technology needs through three business units:
Client Technology (CT) - focuses on developing new technology services for our clients. It enables EY to identify new technology-based opportunities faster and pursue those opportunities more rapidly.
Enterprise Workplace Technology (EWT) – EWT supports our Core Business Services functions and will deliver fit-for-purpose technology infrastructure at the cheapest possible cost for quality services. EWT will also support our internal technology needs by focusing on a better user experience.
Information Security (Info Sec) - Info Sec prevents, detects, responds and mitigates cyber-risk, protecting EY and client data, and our information management systems.
The opportunityThis role leads a team responsible for the strategic vision and roadmap for a digital product or products, often with cross-divisional impact, demonstrating a deep comprehensive understanding of the digital product(s) and associated business areas. This role also applies market insights and customer trends to drive product innovation and life cycle enhancements.
Your key responsibilities Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.Oversees digital product management activities for multiple digital products, or one strategic digital product.Influences and collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.Provides guidance and coaches digital product teams towards best practices and learnings. Manages product teams' support of the messaging, communication, and client outreach as necessary.Facilitates strong business support through working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions.Leads the planning, development, and implementation of new products with significant impact. Defines and analyzes markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.Influences and employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.Participates in and influences ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.Manages the full product life cycle from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with broader organizational strategy and goals.Conducts market research and analyzes consumer trends to identify opportunities for product innovation or enhancement.Collaborates across functions to define product features and oversees their development.Prepares and maintains product documentation and equips sales and marketing teams with relevant technical knowledge.Utilizes market feedback to evaluate product performance and inform future product direction.

To qualify for the role, you must have Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, digital strategy, or related fields, with at least 3 years leading cross-functional initiatives.Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech/BBA) in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Graduate degree (MBA/MS) preferred.Good to have skills in product lifecycle management, product innovation, market analysis, cross-functional team leadership, and user experience improvement.Strong proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and understanding of digital product ecosystems, roadmapping, and go-to-market strategies.Excellent problem-solving, communication (verbal & written), and stakeholder management skills.Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Marketing Certification, or SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner.Ability to adapt to dynamic business needs, synthesize insights from multiple sources, and deliver data-backed product decisions.
Ideally, you’ll also have Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
