We’re hiring for an AI recruiter company building a Digital Human for first-round candidate interviews, helping enterprises speed up hiring through multilingual, structured screening using modern AI.
Role: Enterprise Sales (HR Tech)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana
What You’ll Do
- Own the early enterprise sales journey: prospect, qualify, build pipeline, and drive follow-ups
- Schedule and run product demos, coordinate pilots/POCs, and support commercial conversations
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strong customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years in B2B Sales/BD (HR Tech preferred: ATS/HRMS/Payroll/LMS/Interview tools/HR analytics)
- Strong English communication (written + spoken)
- Experience selling to HR/Talent teams is a plus
- Based in Delhi-NCR (preferred) | WFO preferred, Hybrid second priority
- Joining timeline: within 2–3 weeks preferred
