Role Overview
We are looking for an
Analyst – Paid Media to join our growing Paid Media team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media channels.
This role requires someone who is
analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing day-to-day client communication, while collaborating with internal creative, analytics, and marketing teams.
What You’ll Do
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate campaign schedules, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor campaigns regularly and support ongoing optimization to improve performance.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and identify actionable insights.
- Track key performance indicators and highlight areas for optimization.
- Prepare regular campaign reports and performance updates.
- Translate campaign data into clear recommendations and next steps.
- Creative Coordination
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure timely development and delivery of campaign assets.
- Coordinate ad copies, visuals, and other creative requirements.
- Support A/B testing of creatives, messaging, and formats to improve campaign performance.
- Budget Management
- Monitor and track advertising spends across campaigns.
- Ensure budgets are allocated effectively and remain aligned with campaign objectives.
- Support financial tracking, reporting, and budget analysis.
- Market & Audience Research
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, audiences, and emerging opportunities.
- Identify insights that can help improve campaign strategies.
- Contribute to audience targeting and media planning recommendations.
- Client Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients for day-to-day operational queries, campaign updates, and requirements.
- Maintain regular communication and ensure client expectations are managed effectively.
- Support presentations, campaign reviews, proposals, and client documentation.
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, Analytics, Marketing, and Content.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery.
- Guide and mentor junior analysts on campaign management, reporting, and analytical best practices.
- Contribute towards building a collaborative and learning-focused team environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Hands-on understanding of platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, budget management, and performance reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good command of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing and reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders.
