HCLTech is looking for passionate professionals to join our team as VR Content Developers / VR Simulation Creators.
📍 Location: Bangalore (Jigani )
🎓 Preferred Background
✔ BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
⚠️ Note: This is not a software development role. The focus is on VR simulation and content creation using a pre-built drag-and-drop platform (no coding required).
Key Requirements
✅ 3+ years of experience (Mechanical Engineering background preferred)
✅ Strong knowledge of CAD Modeling and 3D Animation
✅ Experience in simulation workflows and industrial processes
✅ Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
✔ Exposure to VR simulation tools
✔ Experience in manufacturing or industrial simulations
✔ Understanding of immersive learning and training solutions
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and customer needs.
• Create and refine prototypes and proof-of-concept designs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality simulation content.
• Support design reviews and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Skills Required
🔹 Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
🔹 Figma & Sketch
🔹 InVision / Axure
🔹 Visual Communication & User-Centered Design Principles
🔹 Strong presentation and communication skills
