We are building Snivogram, an Indian social media platform focused on creating a new way for people to connect, share, and build communities.
We are now looking for a Marketing & Growth Co-Founder who wants to join us at an early stage and help take Snivogram to the next level.
What we're looking for:
• Strong experience in growth & user acquisition
• Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants to build, not just execute
• Willingness to work hands-on as a co-founder
• Ability to make a strategic investment in the company ( 10Lac INR )
💼 Co-Founder Opportunity
Total equity opportunity: up to 15%
🔹 5% equity — immediately upon joining and completing the agreed investment
🔹 10% equity — subject to vesting over 4 years with a 1-year cliff
The exact investment amount and final terms will be discussed based on the candidate's experience, network, and contribution.
This is not a conventional marketing job.
I'm looking for someone who wants to take ownership of growth, build a creator ecosystem, develop partnerships, and help shape the future of Snivogram.
