Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect – Agentforce with 9+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience and strong expertise in Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Salesforce integrations, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, with specific hands-on experience in Salesforce Agentforce for Sales use cases. Agentforce Certification is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Lead implementation of Salesforce Agentforce, particularly for Sales-related use cases and AI-powered business processes.
- Design and develop intelligent Agentforce solutions, including agent actions, topics, prompts, and integrations.
- Develop scalable and reusable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration/customization.
- Architect integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.
- Work extensively with **Sales Cloud and Service Cloud** to design end-to-end CRM solutions.
- Define Salesforce technical architecture, data models, security models, integration architecture, and deployment strategies.
- Review existing Salesforce implementations and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and conduct code/design reviews.
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions follow best practices for governance, security, performance, and maintainability.
Mandatory Skills
- 9+ years of Salesforce experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce
- Proven Agentforce Sales implementation experience
- Agentforce Certification – Mandator
- Strong expertise in Apex
- Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong Salesforce integration experience
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and design patterns
- Experience designing scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP and integration frameworks
- Experience with Salesforce Flow and automation
- Experience with Einstein/AI capabilities and Generative AI within Salesforce
- Experience with Data Cloud and AI-driven Salesforce solutions
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governance
- Experience with CI/CD, Salesforce DX, Git, and deployment tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce limits, bulkification, and performance optimization

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working in enterprise Salesforce environments.
- Must be comfortable working in the **2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST** shift.
Mandatory Screening Criteria
