Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced F&A Solution Architect to lead Finance Transformation initiatives and design enterprise-scale Finance & Accounting solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining target-state architectures, driving ERP modernization, and delivering scalable, compliant, and technology-driven solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and develop target-state Finance & Accounting architecture aligned with business and transformation goals.
- Design and implement ERP, automation, workflow, and reporting solutions across finance functions.
- Lead architectural assessments, current-state analysis, and gap assessments.
- Develop transformation roadmaps for finance process optimization and digitalization.
- Ensure solution scalability, security, compliance, governance, and operational efficiency.
- Strong experience in Finance Transformation and Finance Process Optimization.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles and frameworks.
- Expertise in Integration Architecture and system interoperability.
- Knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Costing, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
