Job details:
Company Description Optimo Capital is focused on unlocking growth for India’s MSME sector by transforming access to Loan Against Property (LAP), a key asset-backed credit product with high potential and traditionally slow disbursement timelines. The company is building India’s first fully digital LAP product, enabling business owners to share details, property information, and documents online for faster credit decisions. By leveraging technology and large-scale data on circle rates, mortgage records, and land registries, Optimo aims to issue in-principle sanction letters within 2 hours and complete disbursement within 48 hours. Complementing its digital platform, Optimo follows an omni-channel approach with a growing network of physical branches in rural India for sourcing and collections. The company currently operates around 17 branches across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, with plans to expand to 50 branches by March 2025.
Role Description The Senior Manager DSA (Direct Selling Agents) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing DSAs to drive sourcing of small-ticket LAP customers across designated regions. The Senior Manager will oversee performance tracking, set and monitor sales targets, and ensure compliance with Optimo Capital’s policies, credit norms, and documentation standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with DSAs, conducting training and capability-building sessions, and providing regular market feedback to internal teams. The role also involves close collaboration with branch operations, credit, and collections teams to ensure seamless end-to-end processing and to support Optimo’s omni-channel growth strategy.
