About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong experience in building scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud technologies, with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.
- Build RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
- Develop secure, high-performance applications following coding best practices.
- Integrate with databases and third-party services.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and Frontend teams in an Agile environment.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment processes.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA.
- Experience in designing and developing Microservices.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs.
- Good understanding of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis is a plus.
- Knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ or other messaging systems.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred.
- Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
