Role Description
Role Overview
Responsible for ensuring quality and validation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions Sales Customer Service Marketing through endtoend testing supporting successful implementation and releases
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute functional regression integration and UAT testing
Validate CRM workflows integrations data migration and APIs
Define test scenarios cases and acceptance criteria aligned to business requirements
Support UAT cycles defect tracking and resolution validation
Ensure quality timelines and release readiness compliance
Core Skills
Dynamics 365 CRM testing Sales Service Marketing
Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate validation
Test management defect tracking Azure DevOps JIRA
API testing data validation and endtoend workflow testing
Experience Qualifications
58 years in CRM D365 testing QA
Strong understanding of Sales Service Marketing processes
Experience in integration data migration testing
Strong analytical and stakeholder coordination skills
