Job Description / Skill set: Workday Dev
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
* 6+ years of demonstrated ability with data migration, integration development, report building / RaaS, or software development
* 4+ years of experience in Workday Integrations development, including Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Web Services (SOAP, REST), and Workday APIs.
Skills and Competencies
* Hands-on Workday experience developing and supporting end-to-end Integrations across multiple functions, such as Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Finance, Benefits, IT and Procurement
* Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and launch)
* Experience in leading a design session, reviewing, and assisting in the creation of project deliverables
* Advanced skills with RaaS, EDI, Web Services, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technology
* Experience in dealing with XML and JSON data structures
* Proficiency in MVEL (MVFLEX Expression Language) and XSLT for writing custom business logic within Workday Studio Integrations.
* Familiar with XML Transformations, Namespaces, XSD
* Experience in dealing with SOAP and REST APIs
* Familiar with ServiceNow case management
* Adept working with agile methodologies and delivery
* Effective communication skills in explaining complex concepts in simple terms and understanding HR internal and vendor processes
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
