We are looking for an entrepreneurial Operations Head to help build systems, teams, and scalable operations from the ground up.

Your Mission
As one of the founding team members, you will work directly with the Founder to build the company's operating system.
You will own execution across operations, hiring, automation, CRM, business development, and process excellence.
This is not a traditional operations role. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure where none exists.

Key Responsibilities
Build scalable operational systems across all business verticals.
Design and implement SOPs and process documentation.
Develop KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks.
Implement CRM and workflow automation.
Recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing teams.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and partnerships.
Drive execution of strategic initiatives from planning to delivery.
Monitor business performance and recommend improvements.
Support new product launches and expansion initiatives.
Work closely with the Founder on high-impact decisions.

Who We're Looking For
You are likely a good fit if you have:
5+ years of operations, business, or project leadership experience.
Experience building teams or business functions from scratch.
Strong ownership of execution and accountability.
Experience with SOPs, KPIs, CRM platforms, or automation tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience in healthcare, education, consulting, SaaS, or high-growth businesses is preferred.
