Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate, organised, and deeply music-driven Artist Management Intern to join Our Circle. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes music, understands global and Indian artist culture, keeps up with trends, and is excited to work closely with artists to help grow their careers. As an Artist Management Intern, you will support day-to-day artist coordination, research, documentation, communication, planning, and execution. This role also includes responsibilities in booking support, sales support, non-exclusive bookings, and basic show coordination so you gain a ground-level understanding of how the artist ecosystem operates across management, live shows, projects, campaigns, opportunities, and brand interactions.
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Marol MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai, with a 6-day work week, operating in an onsite or hybrid model.
What you will be doing -
• Artist coordination, scheduling, communication, and planning.
• Music trends, playlists, analytics and cultural research.
• Release planning, campaigns, and project coordination.
• Content assets, digital materials, creative support.
• Booking research, promoters, venues, opportunities.
• Event operations, show advancing, logistics support.
• Agency support across projects and operations.

- Prior experience in music or artist management is preferred.
Qualifications:
• Based in Mumbai and available for a full-time, paid internship.
• Duration is 6 months with a full time role extension depending on performance.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and modern AI tools.
• Production or technical knowledge is helpful but not mandatory.
• Logistics or sales experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Strong passion for music with genuine enthusiasm for artists, stories, genres, and the global music landscape.
• Strong listening habits and cultural awareness.
• Comfortable with execution-heavy days and fast-paced workflows.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Deep love for music across genres and understanding of artist ecosystems.
• Awareness of global and Indian artists, trends, and cultural movements.
• Curiosity about artist development, storytelling, audience building, and long-term growth.
• Creative thinking across digital content, brand alignment, and artist narratives.
• Basic understanding of the live industry, promoters, venues, festivals, and programming.
• Ability to research, analyse, and extract insights to support artist strategy.
