Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Auditing
- Manage the auditing program for franchise compliance.
- Track expired or missing documents (licenses, agreements, insurance, legal requirements).
- Connect with franchisees for timely updates and enforcement of non-compliance.
- Handle default notices and legal notices sent or received by the company.

Legal Documentation & Contract Management
- Draft and distribute legal documents and compliance communications.
- Coordinate with franchisees/prospects to ensure proper execution of required documents.
- Collect data and inputs required for Franchise Agreements.
- Maintain and update agreement templates; recommend contract process improvements.
Franchise Support & Litigation Assistance
- Work with franchise support teams to resolve franchisee non-compliance.
- Assist in managing active litigation with fact finding and analysis.
- Provide support to sales and other internal departments as needed.
- Assist the Vice President of Operations on ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or legal studies.
- 1–2 years of business/legal experience; franchise experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and reporting systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to work independently with sound judgment.
