About The Role
We're looking for a UX Designer who can translate complex data workflows into visually intuitive, user-friendly web experiences. If you're passionate about building design systems that speak both logic and imagination, and enjoy working at the intersection of design and code, we'd love to meet you.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design & Implementation (React) Create visually engaging, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js along with frameworks like Material UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS. Design and prototype in Figma, collaborating closely with engineers to ensure design precision, scalability, and performance optimization.
- End-to-End UX Ownership Manage the complete UX process, from concept and wireframing to front-end design delivery, ensuring seamless, user-centric experiences across all product modules.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Data Analysts to convert business goals and data insights into clear, functional, and impactful design solutions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping Develop high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma, translating them into production-ready React components.
- User Research & Testing Conduct research and usability testing to validate design decisions, enhance navigation, and refine inter
