Job Title: Sales Rigid Packaging
Nature of Job: Permanent
Previous Work Experience: 5 – 8 years’ experience in selling Rigid Packaging Products.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or relevant field
Reporting to: Business Head
Brief Description of Role:
• Meeting with clients for weekly/monthly visits to extend business relations.
• Key Account Management Collecting market information from available sources.
• Tracking Payment Collection and weekly review on payment collection of allocated customers. Regular connectivity with plant team HODs for understanding and acknowledging daily challenges/support to address/provide solutions in the best possible way. \
• Extending support in weekly/monthly production planning.
• Involved in new product development Preparation & Submission of MIS reports on a timely basis.
Key Function Knowledge/Deliverables:
• Managing the existing rigid plastic business sale
• New business development
• Entry into a new sector - exploring white spaces
• New Product Development
• Working with the leadership to explore new opportunities and scaling the business
Compensation: Commensurate with the experience and skill set
Key Skills:
- Preferred:
- Good communication Skills
- Sound grip on Microsoft office especially Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Must be a good Team Player with coordination skills
- Shall be willing to travel extensively for customer meetings
