About HLTH
HLTH is one of the fastest growing brands of 2026, reaching the top 3% in growth of all stores in the shopify ecosystem and we’re just getting started (literally). At HLTH we believe understanding your health should be effortless. Our devices and app turn health monitoring into clear insights anyone can act on. We build for people who care about longevity, balance, and a healthier future — because healthcare shouldn't be reactive. It should be proactive, continuous, and deeply personal.
Before You Apply
HLTH is an intense environment: we’re demanding and ambitious, which means we ask a lot of ourselves and one another. This means fantastic learning, achievements, and career growth, but it also requires a significant commitment. We move fast, standards are high, and ownership is real. This is not a coast job. If you want to be challenged, stretched, and pushed harder than ever before, we invite you to apply.
The Role
We're looking for a product designer who thinks beyond pure aesthetics — someone as passionate about crafting seamless UX as stunning interfaces. As a Product Designer at HLTH you'll play a critical role in shaping our app and web experiences, driving the design of engaging, intuitive interfaces that guide users to outcomes with minimal friction. You'll collaborate closely with our team across Product, Engineering, Growth, and Customer Experience to craft high-quality, data-driven designs that balance aesthetics and usability with conversion.
We're small, mighty, and don't do rigid silos. At many companies, product design is split into UX, UI, and more. Not here. You should be an exceptional generalist who moves fluidly through information architecture, visual design, and interaction patterns, with an eye for real-world usability and pixel-perfect execution. As a key member of our small but growing team, you'll have significant ownership over both app and web experiences — ensuring viewers become users, and users effortlessly track, understand, and optimize their longevity through long-term engagement with the HLTH ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Build a deep understanding of our product, customers, and industry
- Work directly with the founders on high-priority design projects across the business
- Turn health data like sleep, recovery, and heart metrics into clear screens people check every day
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI for our website and mobile app
- Build and maintain our Figma design system, based on our new brand guidelines
- Design product pages, checkout, and subscription flows alongside our CRO team, capturing new users.
- Understand real user feedback and data to make successful iterations
- Review related work from our graphic designers to ensure your vision is delivered
- Hand off cleanly to engineers working in Mobile and Web
What You'll Need
- 4+ years in UX/UI, with a portfolio of shipped work including live examples
- You have shipped real designs to public users and have data that proves success or failure
- You are able to consider the technical implications of your design decisions and know how to find the balance between user value and technical effort
- You have experience coaching junior designers and collaborating with PM and ENG
- You are obsessed with simplicity and have a high-quality bar for the aesthetics in your design
- You thrive as an independent thinker who can manage the design process from end to end even in ambiguous environments
- You are able and willing to iterate fast and often
- You are open to occasional travel to work with other team members in person (paid)
- You are excited about the opportunity to build a fast growing brand into an iconic company.
Bonus Points
- You’ve built killer Health, fitness, or wearables experiences and can prove it
- You have a growing obsession with AI and how it empowers your workflow
- Motion design sensibility
