Role: Associate Manager/ Lead UX Designer
Job Description: You will be responsible for:
• Lead end to end design for enterprise and GenAI powered products, owning the design vision, strategy, and execution across multiple workstreams
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, and business leadership to define product direction and shape roadmaps through a design lens
• Drive discovery and research initiatives including stakeholder interviews, user research, usability studies, and synthesis of insights to inform design and product strategy
• Translate ambiguous business and user problems into clear design opportunities, frameworks, and scalable solutions
• Set the bar for design quality across user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs, and ensure consistent execution across teams
• Champion and evolve design systems, contributing patterns, components, and guidelines that scale across products and teams
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, making and articulating design trade offs at a strategic level
• Define and drive design processes, rituals, and best practices that elevate the maturity of the design function
• Lead design for complex enterprise workflows involving rich data, dashboards, and AI driven interactions, with a strong point of view on usability and intelligence in the experience
• Establish documentation standards for design decisions, flows, and specifications to ensure smooth developer handoffs and design integrity through implementation
• Collaborate with engineering during development to ensure design quality, and review work across the team to maintain consistency and craft
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in UX, enterprise design, and GenAI experiences, and bring forward looking ideas into the product portfolio
• Mentor and coach designers across levels, contribute to hiring, and play an active role in building a strong, collaborative design culture
Your impact:
As a Lead UX Designer, you will shape the experience layer across enterprise and AI driven healthcare solutions and influence how design contributes to product and business outcomes. Your work will set the direction for how users interact with complex systems, making them more intuitive, intelligent, and meaningful. You will operate across the product lifecycle from vision to delivery, raise the bar on design craft, and help build a high performing design team.
Must have:
• 8+ years of experience in UX design, with a significant portion working on enterprise products, complex platforms, or data heavy applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end to end design leadership, strategic problem solving, and measurable business and user impact
• Proven experience designing for complex interfaces such as dashboards, multi step workflows, or large scale enterprise applications
• Deep understanding of user centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture, with the ability to apply them at scale
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, including advanced use of components, libraries, and collaborative workflows
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross functional teams around a design vision
• Experience working in agile environments and partnering closely with product and engineering leadership
• Track record of mentoring designers and contributing to the growth of a design team or practice
• Strong problem solving skills with high attention to detail in interaction, visual design, and craft
Good to have::
• Hands on experience designing GenAI driven experiences such as conversational interfaces, AI assisted workflows, copilots, or intelligent systems
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences domain
• Experience building, scaling, or governing design systems across multiple products
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices
• Exposure to design operations, design metrics, or maturity frameworks.
