We’re hiring: Business Development & Partnerships
Karta Lucia is a creative production studio working across Production, KL Post Labs, KL AI Labs, and Lucia Artists. We work with brands including Royal Enfield and international clients across production, AI-driven content, and artist management.
The work is strong. Now we’re looking for someone to help build the pipeline and partnerships to match.
You’ll own outbound, turn inbound leads into proposal ready opportunities, strengthen retainer relationships, and keep our CRM/pipeline sharp. You’ll work directly with the Founders to shape how we sell across our five verticals.
We’re looking for someone with 2–5 years of business development, sales, or client-partnership experience, ideally in an agency, production house, or creative industry. You should be comfortable building a pipeline from scratch, handling ambiguity, and speaking with clients from day one.
A network in advertising, entertainment, D2C, or media and familiarity with retainers or AI-led production would be a plus.
