Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with retailers to ensure order readiness and accurate fulfillment
• Connect with delivery riders to manage pickups and timely deliveries
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for order-related queries and escalations
• Monitor order flow from placement to final delivery
• Resolve operational issues in real-time to avoid delays or cancellations
• Ensure seamless last-mile execution and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of order status and daily operations
• Work closely with internal teams (Ops, Logistics, Support) for smooth execution
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, or order management
• Strong communication skills (Hindi + English; regional language is a plus)
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and coordination
• Ability to handle pressure and solve problems quickly
• Basic understanding of e-commerce or hyperlocal delivery is preferred
• Proficient in Google Sheets / basic MIS tracking
