We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern who is excited about marketing, email outreach, content, community, and growth. You’ll work closely with our growth and marketing team to help us reach developers, students, communities, colleges, founders, and technology professionals.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll get experience working across email marketing, outbound outreach, content, social media, campaigns, community growth, and marketing experiments.
What You'll DoEmail Marketing & Outreach
- Create cold emails, newsletters, follow-ups, promotional emails, and nurture sequences.
- Research prospects and build targeted email lists.
- Personalize outreach for developers, students, colleges, communities, founders, and potential partners.
- Manage email campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Support email automation, segmentation, and CRM workflows.
- Track email performance including open rates, clicks, replies, conversions, and engagement.
- Experiment with subject lines, messaging, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve results.
Marketing & Growth
- Support marketing campaigns for product launches, events, programs, partnerships, and user acquisition.
- Create and distribute content across LinkedIn, communities, and other relevant channels.
- Research competitors, audiences, trends, and new growth opportunities.
- Support developer community and partnership outreach.
- Help brainstorm and execute growth experiments.
- Assist with campaign reporting, analytics, and performance tracking.
- Work with the team to improve brand awareness, registrations, engagement, and product adoption.
- Learn and apply marketing strategies within the Generative AI, AI Agents, SaaS, and developer ecosystem.
What We're Looking For- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine interest in marketing, growth, email marketing, and outbound outreach.
- Curiosity about Generative AI, AI Agents, SaaS, developer tools, and technology.
- Good research and communication skills.
- Ability to understand different audiences and personalize messaging.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and other basic productivity tools.
- Willingness to learn marketing tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Freshers and students with relevant projects, college activities, or personal experience in marketing are encouraged to apply.
