About the Company
We are an early-stage fintech startup building a technology-led platform that helps homebuyers discover, compare and choose suitable home-loan options from multiple banks and lenders in one place.
Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions a consumer makes, yet the home-loan journey remains fragmented and difficult to navigate. Customers often need to approach multiple lenders, understand complex eligibility criteria, compare interest rates and fees, complete extensive documentation, and negotiate before finding the right loan.
Our goal is to make this journey simpler, more transparent and personalised by helping customers identify home-loan options that best match their financial profile and property requirements.
What You’ll Work On
- Research the Indian home-loan and housing-finance market
- Understand and map the complete homebuyer/home-loan journey
- Analyse customer behaviour, pain points and decision-making factors
- Study competitors such as Paisabazaar, BankBazaar, Easiloan and other lending platforms
- Compare home-loan products, interest rates, fees, eligibility and lender offerings
- Build and maintain a structured bank/lender database
- Conduct customer, agent, DSA and stakeholder interviews
- Identify market gaps and new product opportunities
- Convert research into clear, actionable recommendations
Who Should Apply?
Students or recent graduates who:
- Enjoy research, analysis and problem-solving
- Are comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
- Can independently research and structure information
- Are comfortable speaking with customers and industry professionals
- Have strong communication skills
- Are interested in fintech, startups, banking, finance or real estate
Prior home-loan or banking experience is not required.
