About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Executive – Order Distribution (Customer Support) to manage sales order processing, warehouse dispatch operations, customer coordination, and supply chain reporting**. The role will act as a key interface between Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Customers, and internal Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
📦 Manage sales orders, ERP order creation, order confirmations, and dispatch planning.
🚚 Drive warehouse dispatch operations, inventory allocation, shipment tracking, and reverse logistics.
📊 Prepare dispatch plans and ensure FIFO-based inventory allocation and standard packing practices.
🤝 Coordinate with Sales Teams, Customers, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics Partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
📣 Provide customers with timely visibility on inventory availability, shipments, payments, and credit limits, while resolving grievances.
📈 Maintain MIS, DSR, sales order reports, shipment trackers, and monthly operational reports.
Requirements:
✅ **7–8 years** of overall experience in **Supply Chain Operations / Order Management**.
✅ 6–7 years of experience managing **customer orders and coordinating with Sales Teams**.
✅ 6–7 years of experience handling **Warehouse Operations**, preferably in a multi-product environment.
✅ Strong experience with **ERP systems, Order Management, Material Planning, and Domestic Outbound Logistics**.
✅ Experience working with an **MNC** and exposure to leading a unit/section will be preferred.
Preferred:
⭐ Graduate from a reputed institute; **B.E./B.Tech** preferred.
⭐ Strong **MS Office, analytical, reporting, and process-management** skills.
⭐ Customer-focused, proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
