About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team at SkillsCapital. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our AI-powered Talent Cloud platform. Your primary responsibility will be to develop modern, scalable, and highly interactive web interfaces that cater to a global client base. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on real-world products that directly impact our customers and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to translate complex requirements into seamless user experiences. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of frontend development experience with a strong foundation in modern web technologies. You should have a solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. Experience with React.js is essential, and familiarity with Next.js is highly preferred. You should be comfortable working with REST APIs, state management libraries, and responsive design principles. A good grasp of Git and version control workflows, component-based architecture, and performance optimization techniques is necessary. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate an understanding of UI/UX principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities
As a Frontend Engineer at SkillsCapital, your key responsibilities will include building responsive, intuitive, and highly interactive user interfaces for our Talent Cloud platform.
