Role Description : This full-time Frontend Developer role is a hybrid/remote position based in Trivandrum/Kochi. The Frontend Developer will build and maintain user-facing features, implement responsive interfaces, and translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, accessible web experiences. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with designers and backend developers, optimizing applications for performance and scalability, debugging and resolving frontend issues, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role also involves participating in code reviews, contributing to frontend architecture decisions, and staying current with modern web standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a min 1 Year experience with strong Front-End Development skills, including modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (such as React, Vue, or Angular) and HTML/CSS.
- Candidates should possess Responsive Web Design and general Web Development skills, ensuring mobile-first, cross-browser, and accessibility-aware interfaces.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, including version control (e.g., Git), testing/debugging, and clean, maintainable code practices.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Back-End Web Development fundamentals to effectively integrate APIs and collaborate with backend teams.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with CSS preprocessors or utility frameworks, performance optimization, and familiarity with build tools (such as Webpack, Vite, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, effective communication, and the capacity to work in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams.
- A relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in frontend or web development.
