We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with proven experience in Apartment, Villa & Channel Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Handle leads, site visits, negotiations & closures
- Drive direct sales & channel sales
- Develop and manage Channel Partner relationships
- Generate business through brokers/channel partners
- Coordinate with Presales, Marketing & CRM teams
- Manage and motivate the sales team
Requirements:
- 5–6 years of relevant real estate sales experience
- Strong experience in Apartments & Villas
- Proven Channel Sales experience
- Good knowledge of Bangalore real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven
