Customer Service & Business Ops | Tokenfolio | Bangalore
At Tokenfolio, we give investors access to the world's most exclusive pre-IPO tech companies - AI, space, robotics, and frontier tech. This is not a traditional support role.
You will work directly with me on investor relations, business operations, process automation, and product building. If you enjoy owning outcomes, solving complex problems, and building systems - this is for you.
What you'll own:
- All inbound investor communication - emails, queries, escalations - handled with clarity, precision, and confidence
- End-to-end issue resolution across tax, compliance, documentation, and distributions
- Streamlining and automating internal workflows
- Business strategy and operational projects alongside senior leadership
What we're looking for:
- 3-4 years minimum relevant experience - applications below this threshold will not be considered
- Exceptional written English - professional, precise, and clear even on complex topics
- Strong ownership mindset - you follow through until issues are closed, not just replied to
- Someone who genuinely enjoys operating at the intersection of communication, systems, and strategy
- Enthusiasm matters as much as experience here
