🚨 WE ARE HIRING | SOURCING MANAGER – CHANNEL PARTNER VERTICAL

👤 Reporting To: Channel Head
We are looking for a target-driven and relationship-oriented Sourcing Manager to join our Channel Partner Vertical.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Identify, onboard & activate new Channel Partners
• Expand and manage the Channel Partner network
• Build strong relationships with CP owners and sales teams
• Generate qualified leads through the CP network
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales & Sales teams for lead follow-up
• Coordinate client site visits and support closures
• Keep CPs updated on leads, visits, bookings, inventory, pricing, offers & commissions
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sourcing targets
• Conduct CP training sessions and activation activities
• Drive revenue contribution through the Channel Partner network
• Travel to CP offices and project locations as required
