🔥 What You’ll Do:
- 🚀 Drive International Growth: Expand Shaadi.com’s footprint in assigned global territories
- 📈 Market Development: Identify diaspora pockets, untapped NRI markets & new growth opportunities
- 💰Own P&L: Be accountable for territory revenue, sales targets & profitability🧠 Strategic Selling: Design and execute sales strategies tailored to cultural nuances of each region
- 🤝 Partnerships & Alliances: Build relationships with local communities, events, associations & influencers
- ⚡ Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth service delivery, resolve escalations, and maintain SLA for global HNI/VIP members
- 🏆 Team & Culture: Lead/mentor local sales/service teams and foster a culture of ownership, empathy & results
- 📊 Insights: Use data + customer feedback to adapt offerings for international audiences
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- ✅ 5–9 years in Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales. Global/NRI market experience preferred
- 🌍 Proven track record in market expansion, especially in diaspora/International markets
- 📊 Strong P&L, Forecasting & Process Optimization experience
- 💡 Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to understand and sell to diverse Indian communities abroad
- ⚡ High Velocity: Thrive in fast-paced, target-driven, remote/hybrid environments
- 🗣️ Excellent Communication: Fluent in English. Hindi + Regional language is a plus
- 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA preferred
