About the Role
Vedantu runs a large YouTube distribution network that supports the offline business through content promotions and lead generation. We're looking for a Program Manager who can own the end-to-end process of extracting, tracking, and reporting leads generated through this YouTube ecosystem — while closely coordinating with the YouTube team, teachers, and execution teams to ensure promotions run smoothly and outcomes are measured accurately.
This role sits at the intersection of program management, data, and stakeholder coordination. You'll need to be equally comfortable building a tracker in Google Sheets, writing a SQL query, and chasing five different teams to get a promotion live on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and extract leads generated from Vedantu's YouTube channels for offline courses — channel-wise, video-wise, and promotion-wise
- Maintain a real-time view of the number of promotions run per channel for offline courses, and map these to lead/conversion outcomes
- Plan and drive execution timelines for YouTube promotions in coordination with the YouTube content team, teachers, and offline business stakeholders
- Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership visibility into channel performance, promotion cadence, and lead output
- Translate dashboard data into clear insights and recommendations, and drive execution of those insights with relevant teams
- Own stakeholder management across the YouTube team, teachers, and program/session owners — ensuring alignment on promotion calendars, content requirements, and reporting timelines
- Proactively flag gaps, delays, or drop-offs in the extraction/promotion pipeline and coordinate fixes with execution teams
- Conduct offline events at Vedantu Centers in coordination with teachers to mobilize and drive footfall/participation
- Create structured documentation and presentations to communicate program status, insights, and results to leadership
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in program management, operations, or a similar execution-heavy role
- Strong hands-on data skills: Excel, Google Sheets, SQL (must-have); Google Docs and presentation tools for reporting
- Proven ability to plan, track, and execute multi-stakeholder programs with tight timelines
- Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable coordinating with content, academic, and business teams simultaneously
- Sharp with dashboard creation and comfortable turning raw data into actionable insight
- High ownership and bias for action — someone who can quickly coordinate execution teams and get things done
- Excellent written and verbal communication
