🚀 WE’RE HIRING | EXPERT – ADHESIVE & SEALANT DISPENSING SYSTEMS
Simplinity Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Expert – Adhesive & Sealant Dispensing Equipment & Meter-Mix Systems to join our technical/project team.
💰 💰 CTC: ₹12 LACS TO ₹24 LACS PER ANNUM 💰
Based on experience, expertise & suitability
🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and engineering of adhesive & sealant dispensing systems
• Expertise in 2K Meter-Mix Dispensing Equipment
• Selection of pumps, valves, mixers, dosing systems and dispensing components
• Prepare BOM, technical specifications, GA/layouts and project documentation
• Execute projects from Concept → Design → Assembly → Trials → FAT/SAT → Commissioning
• Understand customer processes and develop suitable dispensing solutions
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, automation and production teams
• Troubleshooting, optimization and technical support at customer sites
• Support customer trials, process validation and project execution
🎯 IDEAL CANDIDATE
• 8–15+ years of hands-on experience in adhesive/sealant dispensing or fluid dispensing systems
• Strong knowledge of Meter-Mix systems, 1K/2K dispensing, pumps, valves, mixers and automation
• Experience in machine design, project execution and customer handling
• Knowledge of PLC/HMI, pneumatics and basic electrical systems will be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
