Nayvo | Full-time | RemoteNayvo builds and operates Shopify apps used by merchants across Australia, Europe, and other markets. We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive person to help us manage merchant follow-ups, reviews, and customer satisfaction across our apps.
This is an execution-focused role. You don't need years of experience — we care more about being organized, learning quickly, communicating well in writing, and getting things done.
What you’ll do
- Manage merchant follow-ups: Track leads, installations, inactive users, cancellations, and follow-ups so no merchant is forgotten.
- Drive reviews: Run review campaigns, identify happy merchants, request reviews, and work toward weekly review targets.
- Handle unhappy merchants: Track 1–2 star reviews, understand the issue, coordinate with our team to resolve it, and follow up with the merchant.
- Monitor support: Check customer conversations, identify unresolved issues, draft responses, and escalate technical problems to our development team.
- Run campaigns: Set up and check email/merchant outreach campaigns and make sure they are running correctly.
- Track everything: Keep our CRM, spreadsheets, and reports updated and provide a simple weekly report on progress and pending tasks.
- Improve our process: Identify repeated customer problems and share useful feedback with the product and development team.
What we’re looking for
- 0–3 years of experience — freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
- Strong written English and the ability to communicate clearly through email and chat.
- Highly organized and good at following up and completing tasks.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM tools, email tools, and basic dashboards.
- Good at understanding customer problems and explaining them clearly to the team.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools to research, write, analyze, and work more efficiently.
- Shopify or SaaS experience is a plus, not required.
- Proactive mindset — you should be able to notice something that needs to be done and take action without being reminded.
Compensation & Employment
- ₹10,000/month
- 1-month probation
- Successful candidates will continue as a full-time team member after probation.
- 100% remote — work from anywhere

Who will succeed in this role?
Someone who is organized, fast, curious, good with written communication, comfortable with technology and AI, and very strong at follow-ups.
- You don't need to be an expert. We can teach you the Shopify apps and our processes. What we can't teach easily is ownership, discipline, and the habit of getting things done.
