Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and PHP
- Build and manage RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
- Work with frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, and Laravel
- Design and optimize database structures using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth API integration
- Integrate third-party services and APIs
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Follow Agile/Scrum development processes and participate in team sprints
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional backend development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js) and PHP
- Hands-on experience with Express.js or NestJS
- Practical experience with Laravel framework
- Strong understanding of MVC architecture and backend design patterns
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Solid knowledge of RESTful API development
- Experience with Git/version control systems
- Understanding of caching mechanisms and message queues
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with TypeScript
- Understanding of frontend technologies such as React.js and Vue.js
- Awareness of frameworks like Next.js and Nuxt.js
- Knowledge of frontend-backend integration and API best practices
