About the Role
We are looking for a UI/UX Developer who can take a design from concept to a polished, functional user interface.
The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a solid understanding of user experience, and the technical ability to translate Figma designs into responsive, high-quality frontend experiences.
This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between UI/UX design and frontend development and take ownership of the user interface from design through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with product, design, and development teams to understand requirements and user journeys.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Translate Figma designs and prototypes into responsive web interfaces.
- Develop reusable UI components and maintain visual consistency across the product.
- Ensure interfaces work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Improve usability, navigation, interactions, and overall frontend experience.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic data.
- Review existing interfaces and recommend practical UI/UX improvements.
- Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, layouts, components, and design systems.
- Test and refine interfaces for responsiveness, usability, and overall user experience.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with React / Next.js or similar modern frontend frameworks.
- Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Ability to convert Figma designs into accurate, production-ready interfaces.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around spacing, typography, responsiveness, and interactions.
- Ability to independently take ownership of frontend UI implementation.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with animations and micro-interactions will be an added advantage.
Experience
2–4+ years of relevant professional experience in UI/UX Design and Frontend/UI Development preferred.
