- 10+ years of experience in production operations / service management / technical operations / SRE-adjacent roles in enterprise systems.
- Familiarity supporting a custom-built eCommerce platform in a distributed environment.
- Strong technical understanding of Java microservices architecture, API management, Event streaming/messaging using Kafka, Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps / Service Bus / Event Grid / etc.), ESB concepts (routing, transformation, orchestration, canonical models).
- Proven capability running:

- SOP/runbook authoring and operational governance.
- Strong understanding of observability and ops practices:
