8club is building the offline social graph for India. A platform where hosts create
real gatherings, from a birthday dinner for 10 to a 300-person night. 10,000+ hosts across
Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi. Zero rupees spent acquiring a single user or host.
We're looking for one person to own Delhi's host community. We have recently closed our
Series A round.
The role in one line
Build and grow the network of people who host Delhi's best rooms, and make hosting on
8club the thing everyone in this city's scene wants to be doing.
What you'll actually do
Recruit hosts. Find the people who already gather Delhi: the person whose farmhouse
nights are legendary, the supper club host in Shahpur Jat, the run club founder, the DJ
everyone in the city knows, the woman whose Sunday brunches nobody misses. Bring them
onto 8club and help them run their first gathering here.
Grow them. Take a first-time host from a nervous table of 10 to a room the city talks about.
Coaching on craft, matching them with venues and spaces, helping them fill their rooms, and
moving them up our host tiers as they get better.
Own all three Delhis. South Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida are three different cities pretending
to be one. Each needs its own hosts, its own formats, its own rhythm. You'll build supply in
all three and know exactly which one needs what.
Build the formats only Delhi can run. Farmhouses, villas, private estates. No other city in
India has this, and done right it becomes the most aspirational thing on the platform
nationally. You'll help design and scale it.
Make our rooms the safest in the city. Delhi's biggest barrier to going out, especially for
women, is trust. That is exactly what we're built for. You'll hold the standard: vouched guests,
accountable hosts, rooms where someone can arrive alone and feel completely fine.
Be in the rooms. This is not a desk job. You'll be at gatherings most nights of the week,
watching what works, meeting the next hosts, and being the face of 8club in this city.
Who this is for
You are genuinely part of Delhi's social fabric. You know the scene, and the scene
knows you. When you message someone about a night out, they show up.
You've built or run a community, a venue, a format, an artist roster, a supper club, a
party series, a media property, something with real people in real rooms.
You understand how status works in this city, and can use it without being ugly about
it.
You have taste and standards. You can tell the difference between a room that
worked and a room that was just full.
3+ years doing something adjacent: community, hospitality, nightlife, artist
management, brand experiences, or city ops at a consumer startup.
Who this is not for
Someone who wants to manage events from a laptop. Someone who needs a brief before
they can start. Someone who has never had to fill a room themselves.
