✔ 15–20+ years of experience in Insurance Operations with deep expertise in Life & Pensions
✔ Proven experience managing large global delivery organizations and multiple client relationships
✔ Strong P&L ownership and commercial acumen
✔ Demonstrated success in leading transformation initiatives involving Automation, Analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI
✔ Experience driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth
✔ Strong stakeholder management and executive leadership capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead end-to-end Life & Pensions operations including New Business, Policy Administration, Claims, Annuities, and Servicing
🔹 Drive strategic growth, profitability, and operational performance
🔹 Manage senior client relationships and executive governance
🔹 Lead digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
🔹 Build and develop high-performing leadership teams
